On behalf of the residents, staff and elected officials we want to be the first to thank you for visiting the City’s web site. The City of Alden is located along the bank of the beautiful Iowa River and is home to numerous scenic sights, which makes Alden a desirable place to visit.

• The city is requesting that all residents within the city limits please have their street address number posted clearly on the out side of your home for Emergency 911 Calls
• Sunday June 6th at 5:30pm - Alden Laude Memorial Pool Re-Opening. Please join us for this historic re-opening. Light Meal provided, and free swim for the rest of the night. Bring your lawn chairs!
